Dressing appropriate

Putting in your best effort

Ask questions from your advisor, mentors and sponsors

Know your product or service and any benefits to the customer

Be knowledgeable about the company providing the product

Closing the sale in a professional manner

Completing product order forms and providing accurate commission calculations

Setting goals and meeting them

Setting and meeting deadlines

Obtain at least one business sponsor

Being a positive example for other younger youth in the community

Participate in planning the banquet: Assist in fundraising

• Your Advisor, Mentors and Sponsors can give you answers on:

• How to obtain a business or community sponsor

• Income Opportunities: Products available for you to sell

• How to find your customers

• How to seize opportunity at special events

• How to calculate your commissions off products sold

• Special events you will have an opportunity to make money at

• Getting help and advice from other community resources

• Nominations for Awards: Local, State & National

• Planning for the annual Achievement Banquet
