With a Entrepreneurial Training, Development & Support Services, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and expertise so you can lead the way in bringing your big ideas into reality. This program is limited to entrepreneurs seeking to open or expand a construction-based company or one that requires a bonafide trade skill such as

electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, landscaping/lawn care, commercial driving, drywall, insulation installation, roofing, etc.

The flexibility of the our program will allow you to increase your body of knowledge without interrupting your life. Course work is offered in a one-on-one setting , and weekend sessions are regularly scheduled.

Through this 45-hour program, you will learn how to:

• Evaluate entrepreneurial opportunities in your trade field, including how to pick projects to pursue and how to find the right opportunity for you
• Maneuver the logistics of going into business, including finding start-up funding and putting a plan together
• Market a business to government, corporations and the general public
• Finance and staff a business
• Understand the entrepreneurial mindset

With your successful completion of  all course-work and assignments, you will receive continued assistance to::

• Start, manage, and grow a business
• Spot opportunities in your industry
• Envision, develop and launch new products or services
• Engage in market  feasibility analysis and implementation
• Gain an understanding of the leadership and management qualities of other entrepreneurs
